The restyling of the garden was discussed and planned. Garden slabbing front and back and back fence of a good standard. Front wall was built and then waited several months for railings which then had to get someone else to do; at much greater cost as front wall was found to be very poorly built, and dangerous as fell down with very little pressure applied. No response to email or message regarding this. Disappointing as feel was more than accommodating when garden work being done

All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Garry and his team have just completed a job on a bedroom that needed sorting due to damp issues. I had damaged plaster removed and insulated boards fitted and plastered over and a new radiator installed. I would highly recommend these chaps, from the outset Garry came across as friendly and honest when explaining how to tackle the problem and how much it would cost.True to word the guys turned up on time and grafted, an excellent job was completed with everything put back in place neat and tidy, amazing!

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
