ended up putting a completely wrong colour of silicon in my bedroom which completely spoilt the look despite him saying it gives a different kind of look. I was completely new to doing a house, so didn’t know what will work and what won’t. Ignoring the choice of colour part, there were smudges of silicon at many places and i wouldn’t call it a neat job per my standards. But each one could have different standards.

Ben is fast, helpful, positive, strong and he communicates really well. I had a rather complex removal (a lot of small bits of furniture which needed some creative spacial thinking to fit into small storage space). Ben spent an evening and a day with me. And really helped with everything. I asked him for a lot of tips on what to keep and what to throw away and came up with good solutions. After 3 appointments to come and have a look and the third appointment with no contact made, we had to look elsewhere. Would not rate at all but won't let me do no stars.
