initial negative due poor communications..but now resolved as contractor was suffering with an illness which I accept and also have hired him to do the work. please consider my negative report as incorrect and deleted.

I was apprehensive appointing someone through a website, but so glad I did Carl was great, from a very informative initial meeting and then estimate all the way through to completion of 1 ensuite, 1 small family bathroom and 1 small downstairs toilet. He was full of useful ideas which helped the project go smoothly. Due to the nature of this project, flexibility was key and he excelled in this regards. I do not usually review anything on the web, but I thought I would make an exception in this case as my partner and I were particularly impressed with GWP. I posted a job on to the Rated People website asking for a decorator to give our new duplex flat a much needed refresh. The job itself was quite technical and required working in some places at a 20ft height, difficult angles and renovation of a 9ft original sash window. GWP were able to provide a competitive quote and arrange for experienced decorator, Daniel, to come and complete the work according to our narrow time frame. It was important that the quality of the work was up to scratch as there are dozens of ceiling spotlights around the flat which would make any mistakes obvious. We are very impressed with the work, especially given the job's complexity. Our experience with GWP was a good one and we will certainly be using them for all our decorating in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Overall, a excellent job carried out, on time, by a reliable professional who left the flat clean and clear when completed. Thanks.
A really lovely guy, he was so kind and tolerant when my two year old insisted on helping him. I was really pleased with the beautifully crafted cupboard and ergonomic design. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He was a really nice talented professional that was incredibly tidy too.
I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.
Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.
