We work with all aspects of property maintenance, renovation, expansion and design. We are a small family business with over 40 years collective experience. I was trained using the traditional methods by two highly skilled craftsman; a cabinet maker and a boat builder. I have a vast and varied skill set covering most trades having worked both in the UK and abroad on both residential and large scale commercial properties. We use high quality fixtures and fittings, sourced at reasonable prices - this combined with excellent craftsmanship guarantees the longevity of our work. Not a bad job overall. A few negatives: changed shower screen spec without consultation with the client. Did not provide floor protection initially. After first day, did not clear up or remove large amount of dust. During evening of first day, water pipe joint sprung a leak. Turned out a push-on connector was not fitted properly. Client had to turn the water supply off. Some finishing not good. Outside tap left at an inconvenient angle.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
