I have used many builders over the years and am pleased to recommend theses guys. The standard of workmanship was 1st class you received a full days work they left everyday making sure the site was tidy and were pleased to offer advise in order to obtain the best results. Pricing was on the mark and considering how hard they worked gave very good value for money. T7 did a super job for us, the work involved rewring the upstairs lighting circuit and all of that was done with minimal disruption and totally cleared up, which was very welcome, and quite rare! A number of potential issues from previous wiring were properly sorted out and Tom was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout, I would wholeheartedly recommend T7, they have done a great job for us and are now our go-to electricians!

Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. He was courteous and communicative throughout and talked me through each day where the project was at and what was next. If I had to appoint a builder again for whatever reason I wouldn’t hesitate in appointing Martin Building Ltd to complete the job. Thanks again Carl!

Jose and his colleagues were extremely hardworking, reliable, polite and friendly. They completed the work in the time originally estimated with a minimum of fuss to a vey high standard. We are extremely pleased with what was achieved and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our family, friends or in fact everyone.

James is an very efficient and experienced electrician. He finished the job with a high standard and even add some extra switches for us with no extra cost. He is nice in person and can be trusted to do a good job . Highly recommended.

Jack came to Dovestone Holiday Park to supply and fit 9 isolators to our hot tubs. He turned up when agreed and was flexible as he could only fit the isolators when our cabins were empty. He workmanship was great, very neat and tidy. he kept me up to date with the installation and we are going to use jack for all our future electrical works on the park.
