The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.

Liam came to sort my leaking roof on 1/11/19. Claimed there was more loose tiles on roof and charged me extra to put all of them in place- no pictures provided to prove this, like what other roofers do. Didn’t give me a receipt and promised to email this together with a 5 year guarantee he promised me for paying xtra. He ignored my texts and has now blocked my number. I’d never use him again and not I’m not even sure he even fixed the leak. Unprofessional, disgusting and don’t recommend. Wasted my £200.
