Brooke Contractors managing director is also a full time Electrical Project manager, covering some of the largest electrical installs in London. So rest assured when we arrive to work at your home, you will receive the best quality of work available.
Although seemingly very professional initially, arrived on time to quote, supplied a reasonable price, agreed time and date to commence work. Unfortunately week 1 failed to show, lame excuse ‘ van issues’ possible of course, week 2, failed to show again, no excuse, no response to phone calls, didn’t have the courtesy to return calls or convey reason for failing to attend, rude, so I can’t comment on the standard of his work but if it’s as poor as his customer service then avoid this electrian

Oli is superb. Tidy, conscious, and adaptable. He stripped out the plasterboard walls and studwork in our home prior to remodelling. He worked quickly and confidently and respected our home. Whilst stripping out he came across some asbestos and he dealt with it appropriately, contacting an asbestos registered colleague and bagging it up and safety removing it at a very reasonable cost. We plan on using him again soon

Gurpreet fixed two steamed up windows where the seal broke. It was originally for 1 but the quote was excellent and offered the second for a small amount. Excellent work. Great price. Very strong recommendation for Adam. My shower temperature has not been great for a while. A previous plumber scared me by implying it was a major job - replacing, retiling, expensive, destructive - so I put it off. Charlie, however, managed to sort it by just correctly fitting the cartridge. No fuss, minimal cost. Brilliant.
I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle.
