Luke turned up to do the job early and discovered the fault immediately, he had to leave to go and buy a light fitting. He kept the Labour to under an hour and this included his trip to go to the store. I am highly impressed with his work, professionalism and promptness. Neil is a very professional tradesman who works to high quality standards and did an excellent job on our bathroom refurbishment. During the whole process from agreeing our requirements (which changed), making quotations, carrying out the work (including additions) and invoicing, Neil communicated effectively with us and delivered on his promises. Neil did all the plumbing, tiling and electrical work himself except for plastering the ceiling. He is very conscientious and careful to do everything correctly.
