Derek contacted me straight away to arrange a visit and quote. Straight away Derek’s presentation and attention to detail pleased me. This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices. We chose and accepted his quote, which included dismantling the existing fixtures and some build parts of the cramped room. All waste was removed, the project was completed 100% in just over 6 days to satisfaction, recommended.

Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of comments from people passing and neighbours on how impressed they are with the speed of construction and the final results. Lee requested my bank details to repay me for fixing the work. I am still waiting 4 months later. AVOID

Asked £75 to change a fuse, didn't have a fuse with him and connected door telephone wire I thought he will give us a quote first. He asked £75 and said that's going rate. After some heated conversation settled for £40. Won't recommend. I ended up fixing the problem, then realised new telephone only costs £25.
