Speedily eliminating a number of possibilities he established that the fault lay with external wiring which appeared to have been damaged by rodents. Repaired. Left site tidy. Really pleased. He repaired a broken floorboard under the carpet quickly and to a very high standard, lifting and refitting the carpet neatly. Everything was left clean and tidy.
