A great guy that turns up when he says he will. Cleans up and did the tasks I required with no problems. Top class and I will use again. Didnt have time to fit a trap but arranged another day and was done within 30 mins.

Very bad workmanship. Huge hole just left in wall where pipe went through. Had to have someone in to replaster and make good. Boiler now condemned for a second time in two years. Flue has gaping holes around it and the gas flow sample test point was left with no cap and then the replacement doesn't fit either. AA homeserve say it's the worst installation they have ever seen.

Highly recommend Vincent. We talk by Phone and He came after half hour. He is very professional and and he know what he’s doing. Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.
