Malcolm was hired to replace a broken hot water tap in the bathroom that had fallen into pieces.?He came on the date and time as promised. He immediately diagnosed the faulty mechanism which he fixed and then reassembled the tap and refitted to the sink. He saved me the expense of buying a new tap, or maybe two if we couldn’t source a match for the other one. An excellent all round service so thank you Malcolm. .

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. I cannot recommend Steve and his amazing tradesman We went from being offered a ridiculously low settlement by the insurance to eventually having a completely new downstairs including new floors,electrics and kitchen Steve is also able to navigate you through the insurance process including emergency accommodation and disturbance allowance.
