Dan contacted me promptly after I put my required job details on rated people. (removal of old bathroom suite and old tiles then replaced them plus electric towel rail and shower). He quickly grasped what I wanted and did not put any pressure on to do any extras but offered advice where needed. Quick quote, arrived on time and totally helped us out after our plumber had let us down and left us without heat for several days. Heat Nest installed boiler, flue and filter in the day and made sure the entire system was bled so that we would have a nice warm house in time for the family that was arriving that evening.
