After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Dave did an outstanding job for us, knocking down and moving a wall between our children’s bedrooms, taking care of all the plastering, and arranging for the electrics to be sorted. He was incredibly competent, reliable, and went completely out of his way to help. The price was excellent and the finish of the work was fantastic. As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
