This building firm have been fantastic from the day they gave the quote to doing the work to an excellent standard. Iva kept me updated throughout the work being completed. I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time. They provided all receipts and told me of any additional costs of stuff that was needed to complete the work. Iva's dad and another worker arrived on time everyday. 5

Dacian has it all,LEGEND!He has just finished a complete refurbishment of Kitchen and outside decking.His work ethic was unbeatable,his finish untouchable!He is extremely flexible,going out of his way to advise on all areas of the build which has ensured a high quality finish on time and on Budget.He is quick to come up with solutions when faced with challenges,which is very reassuring. JMD builders renovated my bathroom to a very high standard. They turned up on time. Cleaned up each day after work. I am particularly pleased because I have a very small bathroom and purchased bath etc. spontaneously so did not measure the space. Other workmen told me the items purchased could not fit as the bathroom was too small. JMD used their skill and initiative and fitted all the appliances in the bathroom. I am over the moon. They even fixed a cupboard door for me that could not close properly.

Responded promptly to a job I had posted on behalf of my parents. The work was carried out professionally and to their satisfaction. They found him to be particularly courteous and helpful, ensuring he spent time explaining the intricacies of the new locking systems.

Complete bathroom / shower room / cloack room refurb. Job wasn't done by Voytek himself and so we had issues, HOWEVER Voytek provided a first class after care and resolved ALL our issues to high standard at no additional cost!. Very reliable and honest, which is very hard to say about any tradesman after a job is completed. I would recommend Voytek no problem.

AJ was on time for his appointment and although our problem could not be resolved today he gave us good advice and did not even want payment even though it had taken time to get to the root of the problem.

Very nice to work with a tradesman who makes intelligent design solutions, has good communication skills and works neatly. I'm very pleased with Paul's work. Plus he has a charming way of thinking measurements and next steps out loud, and singing along from time to time. Hesitate to give 5 stars as it may mean he's too busy to do more work for me...

Very nice guy, Faik (Frank) came on time and done a lovely job. I now have a lock-smith for life, very pleasant person and genuine. Job was done efficiently and really well, the door is very secure and really happy with his workmanship. Would not hesitate to recommend him to family, thats how much I trust him to do a good job.

Gerry and Dave are friendly and reliable. They painted our g/f really well and very efficiently so we could have our living rooms back quickly!
