Job: repair to damaged electrical cable and re-routing in period property. The job was carried out thoroughly and very neatly. Darren is very personable and professional. He turned up on time, was very thorough and made sure the new cable was safely routed (unlike the old one) tidied up spotlessly and stuck to the quote. This job was a complete and complicated rewire of a large old farmhouse, including various extras such as security alarm, boiler and underfloor heating controls and renovating an old Victorian lantern. Chris has done an excellent job, and even though it turned out to be more awkward than he expected (beams in unusual places, ceilings that came down, boiler wiring being non-standard etc) he honoured the original quote and took the time to make sure it was done properly. The standard of work is very good and Chris perseveres with jobs until he is satisfied with the result. An example is the great care he took with the positioning of the kitchen lights. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

We had the pyronix enforcer system installed within a week of posting. They were reliable, informative and cleaned up after the job. Matt was very patient in explaining the system and the options and explained they try to source products locally. The service felt personal and was made to feel like a valued customer.
