The quality and standard of work is the best in the business and always aims to help you understand the nature and requirement of the job; how he will achieve it and does it at cost effective price. I have used him over the last ten years on various jobs and including this one and he has never let me down and goes out of his way to help you.

Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Impact refurbishment.

The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

John turned up to complete an electrical standards test of my kitchen within a few hours of me posting the job on Rated People which was great. He even managed to turn off the water for me when he discovered a leak from a toilet upstairs which was great as I wasn't at the property at the time. Cost was a little higher than I was expecting, but he was prompt and did everything he needed to do professionally.

Ran a bit late but was decent enough to say would be late via text which I appreciated. Completed a gate and fence for me as previous was blown down. Totally happy with their work and would definitely ask for their services again.
