came to quote, sent a quote through, arranged a day to start the work and never turned up. We rearranged the date, he turned up, had a cup of tea, left to get materials and never came back. Now not answering my calls.

No one turned up. One person said he would come and see what was involved. As usual with this site, no one came. Eventually a friend came with a 3 year old. He wouldn't take any money but the 3 year old had 2 sausages and an ice lolly. .

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Sam gave a good price to supply and install solid oak stair cladding his workmanship was exceptional and outstanding. He was a lovely man couldn’t do enough for us. He cleaned up after himself. In all, it has cost us an additional £4.5k to rectify the issues Stuart and his team made from a poorly fitted garage door which voided the manufacturer's warranty, poorly rendered exterior, numerous snagging issues and unfinished work.
