Couldn't be happier with the work that David and Chris carried out. They completely transformed our garden and gave valuable input into the design as it progressed. They put in some serious hard graft to get the job completed in the timeframe they gave and the price we were quoted is exactly what we paid. They left the place clean and tidy as well. “Speedy” by name and nature. Jake came in and quickly and efficiently restored my faith in my wiring systems. I now have a new fuse box, working boiler, sockets and lights. He did a good job and I am inviting him back to do a couple more jobs involving shed lighting and a radiator. Jake is polite and not condescending as some electricians are when dealing with females. Prices seem reasonable too. I will be recommending him to my friends.

Connor and his son arrived at the agreed time:nothing was too much trouble;they went out of their way to comply with my wishes.they were kind,polite,and considerate:my garden had become something of a jungle,and in one day was transformed by Mr..Chapman's dedication and professionalism.I have no hesitation in recommending AA Property Services and Connor Chapman.I now regard Connor as a friend.

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.

Billy is a nice guy and does fantastic work. He came to do a bit of yard work and maintenance as well as clearing a huge pile of rubbish and some Buddleia bushes, re-stain a fence etc. All done and dusted in the one day. Good honest price. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Very solid work, I'd have no hesitation before hiring him again.

Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back. Amazing service and highly recommend. Helen contacted me to arrange for Carl to visit; for a quote, which was emailed to me for me to review. When work started, Carl arrived at the agreed time and always called to advise he was on his way. He is very clean and tidy and great workmanship. Very impressed with the high standard of his work.
