I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Martin did a superb job of skimming a bedroom ceiling covered with extremely unattractive artex. He was friendly and easy to deal with, arrived exactly when he said he would, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the room spotless. Highly recommended.

Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.

Cannot fault the speed at which House Proud Property Services got in contact with me and arrived at my property to take a look at the issue. We were impressed with the professionalism of this builder. We felt the price quoted was reasonable, the crew were respectful of our property and worked tidily and cleanly. We were very impressed with the finished work which was completed on time. They even moved some of my plants, and turned my bamboo into canes for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to use CFX builders again, or recommend them to others.

Slav and his team worked tirelessly over several days to clear a significant amount of garden soil and relocated a deck in preparation for a new patio. He then organised retaining wall footings and an mot surface ready for the next phase. Throught, he and his team communicated about progress and sought clarification when appropriate. The job was completed on time and in budget and the team always cleared up at the end of the work day. I'm very pleased with Slav's service and have engaged him again.
