Excellent communication, really good value, the quote was very reasonable - replacing 3 blown double glazed units. Simon was extremely personable, very reliable and did a fantastic quality job. He was also able to pull in another job and quote at the same time to replace 3 blown double units in my Mum's conservatory. I would definitely go back o Guilford Windows for any further work and have already recommended his services to both my Auntie and my father-in-law.

We wanted a good reliable tradesmen who could give us a good price for the installation of a lantern light window on our flat roof . Hello, I’m Kyle, owner of Urban Houzz. We fit LVT, laminate, vinyl, carpets & lay screeds/dpms whilst also having an outdoor living department for your glass rooms, pergolas, and awnings. You’d be warmly welcomed to visit our showroom in Oakham where you’ll see the articulate craftsmanship on display with our fully LVT fitted flooring designs ranging from herringbone, chevron, heritage, wood and tile effect and bespoke border work. I'm happy to supply and install your flooring, but if you just want my expertise to install/advise on any DIY projects that's fine. I can damp proof floors, fix uneven floors with screeds and plywood, lay carpets and design bespoke flooring with Luxury Vinyl Tiles. If you’d prefer us to visit your residence I can bring all samples to your home and measure up followed by a quote for your project. We are a small family run business, I have over 10 years fitting experience in the flooring sector whilst being approved retailers for some of the largest carpet and LVT brands across the country. Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.
