George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. First class service indeed. Came when he said he would to look at the work to be done. Talked me through in plain English what was necessary and gave me a quote which was accepted immediately. He then arrived promptly on the day and carried out the work superbly and cleared everything up so that you hardly knew he's been here. Valleys based property maintenance. Excellent service with clean and tidy ,quick working. All aspects of kitchen fitting, bathroom suites, roof repairs on new roofs, extensions, etc. And most of all my trade has a painting and decorator with wall paper hanging etc .

They turned up without any materials and we had difficulty getting any. The fence has been put up in a bad way with short posts, and screws dangerously protruding through to next door. My old patio was not taken up as quoted, and new slabs were laid over the top. It is not level and slopes forward & sideways with a bump in the middle. Slabs are uneven, the built step has all broken away, as there is little support under it. And the grouting has gaps and different grouts used. Too many other probs to list.

These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.

According to these trades people their installation is guaranteed for two years. Since the installation of our decking things have gone wrong and I have tried on several occasions to get them back to put things right. I arranged for a rep that we purchased the composite decking from to come to the house ( he travelled from the north of England ) to explain to them where they had gone wrong. They could not even be bothered to turn up for the appointment. Texts/phone calls just being ignored. Stay clear !!

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.
I am based out of Gloucester, but willing to travel to surrounding cities. I am extremely confident in my skill set. When it comes this trade, nothing beats the experience I have.

came to do quote , seemed professional and rep, but then had to chase him up! He said he was just waiting on materials to come and said he’d be in touch soon as he had materials and said he’d be round the following week to carry out work. When I messaged just to confirm him coming he ignored my message and didn’t bother doing the job ! Very unprofessional!
Chris and his mate replastered my lounge & dining room walls in October last year, they also skimmed the ceilings, they did an excellent job and were great at cleaning up as they went along. I would defnitely recommend them and intend to use them again myself later this year.
