I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Sam, who runs this business, has worked for me over many months, mainly as a carer for my 93 year old mother, but also cleaning. I cannot fault her attitude, professionalism and quality of care. First class. Arrived punctually, replaced blocked down pipe and corner piece of gutter. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. Reasonable price as well. Absolutely delighted with the result. Also followed up the work with a courtesy call to check all was well. I would recommend them to anyone

William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

A fantastic experience from start to finish! I had been let down by a local tradesman. I entered some details on here & received a response from Lukas within 5 mins Lukas arrived promptly & provided a quote which I had no hesitation in accepting Lukas offered advice on which materials to use and I was really impressed by Lukas. Extremely friendly, courteous & highly professional in his approach Lukas carried out the work to a very high standard. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lukas to anyone. 10/10
