Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Been paid £1000, after weeks on a 3-4 day job, the job still wasn’t finished. Lied about the costs of materials and pocketed the rest. Didn’t show up multiple times. Made such a mess. Leaving food wrappers/packaging in my house, cigarette ends on my drive/garden. Damaged my carpet, walls and ceiling. Made an awful attempt at the tiling. Damaged the tiles, left huge gaps, uneven gaps. After a few days the tiles fell off. Would not return my house key and still hasn’t after weeks.£1400 nothing to show for it
