Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Darren was very knowledgeable helped me decide what to do with my bathroom had good ideas was very efficient and the work was done to a very good standard. Kept me up to date with everything from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

We love our new bathroom!! Richard’s done an amazing job. He’s hard working, a perfectionist who pays attention to detail!! Richard consulted us every step of the way ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble, when we couldn’t decide on the layout, he guided us in the right direction. They estimated the job would take 3 days but they completed it in 2. They arrived promptly, worked hard and did a good job, I will definitely use them again.

Phase 1 nearing completion and scores 10:10 Excellent team under Joe Kerr - they can all think on the run which is vital with a renovation project. Phase 2 will start in a couple of weeks and in the meantime we have already recommended to close friends with the two projects running alongside. No hesitation in highest recommendations.

Really quick and clean work, very professional and tidy. Would highly recommend. Installed new boiler (in new location) and installed central heating on the top floor (3 radiators). Knew I wanted the job done quickly so arrived with 3 of his team and got it all done in one day!

I first thought it was going to cost too much but they worked very hard, we were very impressed that they worked so hard during the very hot weather. Excellent work l would highly recommend.

Matthew was the first to contact me once the ad went out. He was able to pop round the next day, source a difficult to find replacement fan, and fit it the day after he received it. And with a smile! The agreed price was reasonable and the invoice has yet to arrive. All in all great service and a good job done.
