We are still waiting for a quote from J&R property, not very professional way to deal with customers. I messaged him on 9 days ago about if he has done a quote for us, still no reply. I will not recommend him.

They said the work would be £14000,if we paid cash it would be £9500 we paid in cash, they did not give us any paperwork to show what work was to be done, notator show we paid them, they said we had a 4 year warranty, They did not finish the work, on the part of the roof they replaced we still have a leak, we have no contact with them. The ripped us off can’t not get any help, be careful

A roof job that some other Company in front of my house made me wait two months and never showed up at the end, was instead looked at the same day of visit and completed the next day, in a few hours. ..the most pathetic company I have used in 40 years as a homeowner..the whole company is in question, the work hardly ever started on time - traffic was to blame - except that Google maps told me that their wasn't a hold up. The work done was awful - and he charged me thousands - and has led to a much higher bill as other professionals were called in to sort the mess.
