I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.

Claudio replaced 3 keys. 2 are working okay but one cannot be turned. I had to get someone else to redo it as he was not able to come back.
They did a fairly good job and they were efficient. They're customer service was not great and we didn't get the discount they said they'd give us.

Although the job ultimately took a few days longer than initially estimated, Russell did a excellent job which I am very happy with; he worked hard and ensured the job was completed as soon as possible; I intend to use Russell again for some painting and decorating.

Very fast response to my job posting and available to view the floor for a quote within 2 days. Job was carried out within one week to a great standard - very fast fitting (within 4 hours) and good finish to sealing and replacement of all bathroom furniture. All rubbish was taken away for me as well. Price was very reasonable - much cheaper than the other quote I received and they were very willing to come back to carry out other jobs as required.
