Response was quick. I paid £1200 which was rather expensive for a flat roof over bedroom. The leak returned after a week. Following several messages to repair as I was assured it was guaranteed. They did not return, I am now paying another company again. This has led to further damage given the weather.

It would be ideal if i could leave pictures as to the stat of my home and the damage this contractor caused. i had to get ride of this contractor and find an alternative. This has cost me double what it should have as i had paid this contractor the majority of his invoice then had to employ another to correct the work. please check the users tax filing on company house (which have not been completed) and the fact they have been expelled from the federation of master builders. not recommended

Plugged Electrical were hired to carry out a rewire of my property. The quality of work carried out was substandard and in some cases dangerous. As we were getting electric shocks from light switches they had installed, we get an independant inspector to check his work and he was horrified. Problems included wiring blocks not secured, Fuse board incorrectly labelled, switches not earthed, cables exposed and a fake EIC report that was never submitted to the council. They also never paid their plasterer!

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I won't hesitate to use his services again.He was extremely reliable and professional arrived at the time he said and he tidied up at the end of each day’s work. I thoroughly recommend him! Aaron fitted an Ariston water heater we got from a charity. We are - a disabled Mum and 2 kids. It fell off the wall flooding the bathroom because he did not use the bolts in the installation kit to mount it. Water heater now a write off, Aaron not answering his phone. 180 quid on emergency plumber.
