We were contacted quickly by the roofer and he came very quickly to have a look at the job that needed doing. That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! We are a builders who carry out loft conversion and extensions along with all types of building work, we take no deposit, we send you to our last job we have completed, so you speak to customer. The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. AVOID. Job: Replace leaky leaky asbestos garage roof, replace garage door, increase roof height, board the interior and fit electrics for lighting and power points. Hired as seemed like a nice guy, was helpful during the quoting process. However job is a disaster. Waste of £4k - Garage roof leaks - Walls leak - Boarding basically thick cardboard and now soggy - Garage door won't close - Screws poking out everywhere - Unsafe for electrics Not responding to my texts or answering my calls.
