Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
I've been doing roofing for over 10 years i take pride in my work and hope to live up to every customers satisfaction needs, this app has been the rise of my firm with the multiple 5 star ratings meaning my work rate leaves nothing but happy customers all around. Inviting contractors into your home can be daunting, but I can't praise Michael and his team enough. David and Chris removed some existing concrete steps that were crumbling and replaced with new, bricked and flagged complete with ramp for the bins. Absolutely fabulous. It was a very tricky job which, along with the various complications and options, was explained in detail. The work was done to a high standard and when complications did occur Carl stayed late to make sure they were remedied. If the opportunity arises I will certainly be recommending Carl to others and if I need a plasterer in the future he will be the man i will be calling. Incidentally he is a really nice guy.
