Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Tom was able to come to us two days after we made contact and did an excellent job at cutting and bevelling our stone work top. His price was very reasonable. He did an excellent job and the stone worktops look like new. He was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others and be very happy to hire him again.

Exceptional tradesman! Michael is one of those gems that can be extremely hard to find these days - honest, reliable and brilliant at what he does! The work is not yet finished, but I have enough experience with Maurice to say that he is excellent. Keen, attentive, personable and goes the extra mile without prompting. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy at every stage. He does his level best to get us great prices on materials. His work is to the highest standard. Highly recommended.

Vince did some work for my dad who suffers with dementia. Vince was so helpful and professional in everything he did and his work was of a very high standard. He treated my dad so well and was very patient. He quoted for the job and within a couple of days it was done. Will most definitely use Vince again and would highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of the MBS team. They were everything one would expect from a service provider. They were punctual, polite, they knew what they were doing, the quality of workmanship was high, they were honest and their prices are fair. Mike and his son are first class professionals. They started on time , finished on time, worked to the budget, made adjustments with out fuss or increase in charges, and top of this they are highly skilled in a wide range of disciplines including gardening, building, carpentry, painting, electrics, plumbing and other odd jobs. Finally they are really nice people. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.
