Other builders had seen this but had not been able to work out what was wrong. It was quite a big job. It started promptly and was carried out quickly. Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.
Milaim / Mosaic recently installed a new bathroom for me. This involved removing everything, repairing and plastering walls, and installing new units (shower, bath, WC, sink), tiling, painting and laying new floor. They completed the job in 8 days which was very impressive. Given this was my only bathroom and I've got young kids, they made sure that the bath was operational throughout. They also kept the place v tidy and worked incredibly hard. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.
