Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I undertake all aspects of heating, installation of boilers, radiators and full systems. I also do breakdowns and servicing and can supply landlord gas safety certificates, I also do plumbing work, such as new bathrooms and cloakroom suites and general repair and maintenance.

Brilliant service, more so as I got the measurement of a radiator wrong by a few cm and they provided a workaround rather than me sending back the radiator. Also provided advice on other potential work and cleaned up afterwards. Will be using again for future work with no hesitation. A+++

Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

Very pleased with Martins work. He did a thorough check of all the radiators, adjusted the 3 that weren't working, so now there nice and warm, he'll be returning tmrw to replace the valves in 8 of the other radiators. I'll pay the full bill when the work is complete.
