Poor system that, doesn't have playback and is extremely difficult to use. Will have to spend more on replacing it with what was requested. Feel like what was promised was not delivered

A few weeks after the repair the first problem occurred, I called them but they wanted to charge me a call out fee of £49.00 to have a look at it after I paid £150.00 to have it repaired. I refused thus called a different locksmith who noted that the cylinder was too short for the new lock and page security should have known this and changed it while fitting the new lock. Now I have a temperamental lock that works 1/20 called them again and was told I have to pay £49.00 to have someone look at it.
