I discussed with this tradesperson for garden levelling. The asking price was £250 but this escalated to £550 for a full day with two workers. The suggestion of a large skip further increased the price to £650. Unfortunately, the day before the job was due to start, I was informed the skip wouldn't be provided and the work would only take almost half a day. This significant shift in details and pricing indicates a lack of transparency that future customers should be aware of.

Many thanks to Constantin and his team for an excellent job. They replaced fences in our back garden. They were reliable, very polite and extremely hard working. Amazingly they finished the job in just 2 days and the result is excellent.

  We were happy with the patio paving and other gardening job that Constantin did for us. We hired him and his team to do a new bathroom for our new house, months later there was a massive leak from one of the water pipes. Water was pouring cats and dogs from the ceiling, pool of water on the ground floor, water had penetrated to the ground and was flowing to the street. Luckily he identified the leak by breaking a newly plastered and painted wall and stopped the leak, but never came back to mend the damage..

  We have been trying to contact Constantin to at least fix the wall (our floors and ceiling were damaged too and needed repairing/repainting) but he doesn’t answer my calls and he has not replied to any messages. Disappointing. I am updating my ratings as I am let down. Very disappointing. Constantin - if you are reading this please get in touch.

  Massively let down by Constantin ghosting after the leakage incident with the job he completed recently.
