Ricky did an excellent job for a fair price, removing a dead tree & renovating a patio. He has previously been a subcontractor, apparently this is why no RP ratings so far. He underestimated the amount of materials and work, maybe due to inexperience. I was happy to re-negotiate slightly, price was still reasonable and we are very happy with the outcome. I would advise him to recce a job more carefully in future, but would be happy to hire him again.
