Mike responded instantly to my request, is very friendly and has great customer service skills. When encountering an old electric system with intrinsic, unsolvable problems and faults, he simply circumvented the problem to reach the expected result. Great work!

Would have given 4.5 if possible. Jobs turned out to be more complicated than expected. One part could not be completed entirely. On the plus side, the guys were prompt, polite, worked hard, and the agreed price was very fair.
