I recently had my patio paved by Jake and the team at Only Builds Limited, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, and attentive to detail. They treated my property with great care, were patient with all my requests, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to a high standard. The site was left spotless, and the finished patio looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Jake and Only Builds Limited.

used Only Builds for a landscaping job a in my garden, and I am completely thrilled with the work carried out. Jake was very helpful and knowledgeable when giving me a quote&helping throughout the project with ideas that were both practical and appealing. I had my patio area extended, new turf laid and a lovely rendered retaining wall. I was nervous when looking for builders as it’s my first time, but they made it seem so easy&my garden looks beautiful now-I couldn’t recommend enough! Very happy customer:)
