Extremely disappointing experience with Linken. CCTV report was substandard, charged extra £90 for drain jetting on top pre agreed CCTV charge. (others did CCTV free). Follow-on repair quote of £6,000+ was 3x higher than competitors with better expertise. Worst of all, they claimed our confirmed payment for the CCTV wasn't received until I provided proof - then quickly changed their stance. Avoid.

First class service. From first contact via Rated People, to a call giving me details and then a msg confirming prices and details. The guy who came (Craig, I think) was brilliant sorted out the problem quickly and cleaned up afterwards. A first class company.
