Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
James has fixed the immersion heater and loft board issue. I came across so many plumbers, but James is one of the best plumber, who communicates well and gives a commitment to the job. Also for landlord's who can rely on his work, as I had bad experience in the past with another plumber who hasn't done it well. But James is the best for his work and very reliable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Hi, I have to change this rating because after fixing the immersion heater, the issue has come in a month, I was following up from last 2.5 months, James mentioned that he will come & fix the issue, later he mentioned he got some family issues, but from last one month he is not responding. We spent nearly £600 for the initial issue for which James has given me one year warranty, he is not responding & to resolve the issue. I got requests in Nextdoor for recommendation for a good plumber but can't recommend

Wow. Super quick to respond and was round to see the problem as soon as I was available. I was expecting to have to buy a new tap and pay for labour but James fixed my existing tap problems as well as also looking at a separate issue. All for no charge at all. No matter how I tried to force some money on him he refused. As if that wasn’t enough he’s also a thoroughly likeable chap .

Drains - Installation / Unblocking / Cleaning
James let me know what was wrong and kept me updated. Everything was done exactly as planned, and all was repaired and cleaned, as if nothing had happened.
