Giuseppe installed my Beko induction hob and the work was completed successfully. He was professional and polite. He did inform me about the additional costs before carrying out the extra work; however, I still felt that the final price was quite high for what was done. Overall, the job was completed properly, but the cost did not feel fully proportionate to the work involved.

Diar Maria, I would like to clarify that the fee was communicated and agreed upon prior to the start of the work, and we had reached a mutual agreement on these terms.

As mentioned, the additional fee was communicated while the work was already in progress and the old induction hob had been taken apart, so I felt I had little choice but to agree at that point. I acknowledge that the cost was mentioned before continuing, but I still believe the final price was high for the work carried out. My review reflects my personal experience and concerns about value for money and transparency.

Work was fine. Constantly added numbers to the price. Initially refused to tell me his hourly rate and then told me VAT wasn’t included in his rate once he’d finished

MOREOVER, YOU TRIED TO BE SMART: I SPENT ONE HOUR INVESTIGATING THE PROBLEM AND, WHEN I EXPLAINED WHAT KIND OF ISSUE IT WAS, YOU DECIDED TO STOP THE WORK AND SAID YOU WOULD CONTINUE ON YOUR OWN. WHEN IT DID NOT WORK, I STILL SHARED MY PART OF THE SOLUTION, WHICH YOU ACCEPTED. I AM 74 YEARS OLD AND I CONTINUE TO WORK TO SURVIVE
