Mould / Damp Control
I was impressed with Tom's approach when he quoted to re-point and seal the water - damaged brickwork and to strip and re-paint the metal railings on the external stairs. The job started well. Due to unexpected personal circumstances, there were delays so the job took longer than expected. This wasn't a problem due to the nature of the work being outside and Tom kept me informed when he was able to be here and what he planned to do each time. A bit rushed towards the end. Courteous & helpful.
Cat Flap - Installation
Good communication throughout. Arrived on time and completed the task producing great work. Cleaned up after himself and was polite and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend
Electric Oven / Hob - Installation
Didn't bother to turn up or contact me. Phoned him 3 times and went straight to the answering, text twice and nothing. He was meant to be here for 10am and it's now 1pm and still nothing.
Door / Window Painting
Didn’t bother turning up to quote for job , didn’t even reply to my texts . Why apply for the job when you’re not interested in doing it
