Bathroom Installation
I would strongly advise others to avoid this tradesperson. We were told our bathroom renovation would take maximum of 2 weeks. After 6 weeks, the job was still unfinished and left as a building site. Attendance was poor with constant excuses, and the workmanship is not to an acceptable standard, We also paid upfront for bathroom appliances which were never supplied, and we have not received a refund. Very stressful experience - I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.
Tom provide good communication and a prompt quote He arrived as planned and carried out the work to my bedroom without any fuss or issues. Great service and work.
Power Showers and Pump
Tom was the only trades person who replied to my job posting, he was clear on a date to start and how much it would cost. He was punctual on the day very friendly and he got straight on with the work. He talked my wife through how the new shower worked, and what he had done and how. A very professional trades person who i will definately use again in the future thank you tom.
Becoming a regular customer for Tom Smith I think this time some bathroom things for him to tackle, which he did with ease, Anthony thank you Tom. One again a great job, great price too
