Initially everything went well, the work was done in a timely way and the trader was very responsive. However when it came to finishing off (bathroom fans not installed, missing paintwork, floor not sealed, lights not working) the trader became uncontactable, ignored messages and the job was never finished. A subsequent electrician found dangerous work (switches not earthed, lights glued in place) It cost me a lot of extra money to get all the problems fixed (£1500) & 4 weeks of stress to get my keys back.
