I tried to install a new tap to my kitchen sink. There was a leak below the shut-off, where I couldn't get to. Ben knew exactly what to do from a few pictures and videos I sent him on what's app before he'd even come. When he came early next day, he fixed it within an hour. Very polite and friendly.

Quick to respond and schedule visit. Arrived early on the day, ascertained the situation, told me what he was planning to do before doing it, and got straight to work with no time wasted. Job was trickier than it appeared and I was concerned, but through a process of elimination, the blockage was successfully cleared. Care taken to ensure pipe works left clean and clear before leaving. Fee sat in quoted band. Would unreservedly recommend this plumber. If anyone can track a problem, they can!!
