The basic work was done, but I’d agreed with mark that he does a number of other pieces of work because the price I’d agreed with him was too much for resetting of 30 or so bricks. But before I knew anything about it he’d taken down the scaffolding and packed up claiming he’d done everything possible. I’d paid handsomely for a days work, I got a couple of hours max. Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was.
