A very professional group of family run business. Reliable and courteous, they turn up on time, done a great job and cleans up well afterwards. They took a lot less time than expected (a real example of under-promised but way over delivered!). The quality of the work was good and I have no hesitations on recommending this trader. P.S. Unlike another more well-known trade-vetting website, both the contacts forwarded by Rated People were reliable, quality trade people with very reasonable pricing.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Clive was curteous friendly and took great care in giving me an excellent result. He put in a lot of hours and recommended a complete replacement of the underlying structure for a very resonable extra cost. He found the original frame had rotted considerably and the new frame he put in was superior to the original. I have nothing but praise for Clive and Kevin who worked on my replacement decking. I am totally satisfied and recommend Clive to anyone wanting first class Carpentry services.

The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results. This young man is starting out with his new business and is very ambitious to prove himself and give a good service. He and his colleague were very polite, and managed to shore up our fence to a good standard. He should be encouraged and supported in the best possible way to run a his business to the highest of standards. which I am sure he will always maintain. Delighted with Brian - he got stuck in traffic but kept me posted as to where he was. Quoted a really good price which was half I was expecting so met him in the middle. Will definitely get him back again for a bigger job when budget permits.
