Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Stan. He has done an amazing and fantastic job in fitting in a new kitchen for my parents. He was friendly and professional through out the work he carried out. Highly recommend- Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. They realistically help to make plans come to life working through decisions needed at each stage. After so many difficult conversations with other builders Ricky and his team were a refreshing change who delivered a brilliant new porch, driveway, complete house roof, extension reroof, fencing and concrete gutter removal! I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure !
